Objectives

The objectives of the exploitation planning are to ensure that the partners realise their return on investments in participating in the project and the MOBIlearn results can be exploited throughout Europe. The workpackage, in this framework, targets the conception of a new business model for mobile learning service deployment.

Description of work

WP leader, partner 1, has done a lot of preliminary work on market analysis and on the idea of a Business Model specific for Mobile Learning. The exploitation activities for MOBIlearn are:

• Preliminary market study and exploitation plan (in the early stages of the project);
• A detailed market study and plan;
• Exploitation planning for all partners;
• Definition of a new business model for mobile learning service deployment.

Partner 11 will concentrate research into SME response patterns and learning preferences.

Deliverables

• PM15: D12.1 Market study and exploitation plan
• PM24: D12.2 MOBIlearn Business Model
• PM30: D12.3 Final exploitation report and TIP

Milestones and expected result

Market study, exploitation plan and final exploitation report (TIP).
